Description: In this On-Demand Webinar, Mr. Jurkofsky helps paralegals understand how an officer investigates an incident, and what goes into writing a police incident report. They explore the different aspects of an investigation (either criminal or civil) and how to read reports. They also cover what impact a test has on an incident, including what impact there may be if a test was not conducted. The goal is that paralegals will leave this course with a better understanding of why an officer does/does not conduct a test, how to talk to an officer about the findings or lack thereof, and why photographs and police interviews are important.
