To maximize your exposure and the benefits of your support, we encourage you to register at the discounted early bird rate of $1,500 by April 30, 2025. Early registration ensures your logo will be featured on conference signage and materials. The standard exhibitor registration rate is $1,800, and closes on May 31, 2025, or when all spaces are sold out. Act early to secure your exhibitor space and enjoy a prime location! Please note: Registrations received after April 30, 2024 may not be included in conference signage and materials.
Standard Exhibitor Package:
When you become an exhibitor at NALA’s Conference & Expo, you secure your spot in the Expo Hall, one of the most-loved features of our conferences. You receive floor space and a table, among other things. What you do with your booth is up to you. The Standard Exhibitor Package includes:
- 8 ft x 10 ft booth space: 2 chairs, 1 table, and 1 wastebasket.
- Pipe and drape
- Company logo included in NALA exhibitor marketing.
- Company profile located in the conference attendee app, event platform, and website.
- Documents: upload relevant content such as brochures, videos, and links to external information to engage attendees who visit the event platform.
- Video: product, informational, or welcome video to engage attendees who visit the event platform.
- Tickets available for day 1 lunch with attendees for $50 each.

Wednesday, July 9, 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Pre-Conference Reception)
Thursday, July 10, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The attendee registration list, including email addresses, is available to sponsors upon request. Please note that physical addresses of attendees are not shared. The list may be used for one mailing, either pre- or post-conference. Additionally, sponsors have the option to communicate with attendees through the conference app and/or platform when available.
Once NALA receives your registration, a link will be sent to you to complete your payment. Please note that registration is not considered complete until payment is received. To participate as a sponsor, you MUST be registered with NALA; no representation or solicitation will be allowed without completed registration.
- Cancelations must be submitted in writing to NALA – The Paralegal Association.
- Cancelations after June 1, 2025, will incur a fee of 50% of the exhibit registration.
- No refunds will be issued for exhibit space cancelations made after June 15, 2025.
- By completing and submitting this form, the exhibitor certifies their understanding of the policies and terms outlined here.
