Exhibitor Portal on the Event Platform/Attendee Hub (For Exhibitor Admins)
The Exhibitor Portal is a great way to manage everything for our partnership. This is where your contact information and other information such as social media, address, and website link will live. You can also upload content such as pdf files(s) and/or video(s). All attendees will have access to the Contact Us button on the right side of the virtual booth. When an attendee clicks this button, it is considered a lead and you will be able to pull those leads from the Exhibitor portal to follow up with them. Click here for Exhibitor Guide.
The app is an extension of the Event Platform. All information that you enter in the event platform will automatically transfer to the app. Attendees will be able to view the conference agenda, access the handout material needed for sessions and meetings, explore digital vendor booths, and receive real-time important communications from NALA. Conference registrants will have access to the app at the beginning of July.
Accessing the App:
- From your Mobile Phone or iPad download the app “Cvent Events“
- Open the add and search for the event ID “2023 NALA Conference & Expo“
- Click the download button to the right
- Go to the profile tab at the bottom >> Login with your First/Last Name & Email Address
- You will be prompted for your Verification Code which will be texted/emailed to you (You will be asked to verify every 24 hours)

Accessing the Event Virtually (Attendee Hub/Virtual Platform Guide)
Admins and booth representatives have the option to log in to the event virtually to participate in the event from the attendee side where you can schedule appointments and message attendees.
To access the Attendee Hub, click on the following link online at https://cvent.me/odM7Ev. (You may need to copy and paste this address into your browser.)
Enter your first, last name, and email address. You will get an email or text (if we were given your cell number) from NALA Headquarters with your verification code. If you cannot find the email with the code in your Inbox, be sure to also check your Spam, Junk, and/or other filtered folders.
You will need to enter a new verification code once every 24 hours. Before the conference, attendees can use the app to explore sessions, set their schedule, view the lineup of exhibitors, and message fellow attendees/exhibitors.
During the conference, you will be able to make appointments to chat with attendees.
All attendee profiles are automatically set as ‘visible’ in the app.
All attendees that have been registered for the conference will be uploaded approximately one week prior to conference, so you will not see them on the platform yet.
You can book an appointment with an attendee via the App or Event Platform/Attendee hub.
Log onto app, click on hamburger icon, Attendees, person’s name, calendar icon. Attendees will also be able to request an appointment with you.
Log onto hub, click on calendar icon in the top right corner, click on Schedule Appointment.
You can choose which type of appointment you would like to make and who you would like to make it with, the time, and add a note. Once you send the invitation, the meeting will appear on your agenda as ‘pending’ until accepted.
When it is time for you to join your meeting, you will click on the meeting and then click join to open the meeting.
Appointments are based on availability.
Attendees can click “Contact Us” on your exhibitor profile in the Attendee Hub/Virtual Platform. This contact is considered a lead.
To access leads on the admin side, go into the tab labeled “Lead Collection.” If anyone has clicked “Contact Us” from your exhibitor profile, those leads will appear here. Their message will be under the “Lead Comment” header.
Exhibitor Service Manual
You should have received an email from Capital Convention Contractors (CCC Help <firstname.lastname@example.org) with the 2023 Exhibitor Service Manual. You can also access the manual here. Should you require any of their services, simply print and complete the forms needed and either fax or email them. If you prefer to go paperless, this event has also been set up in their secure Online Ordering System. You will receive your login credentials in a separate email from Capital. Be sure to check your spam folder for that correspondence. If you want to order online and you have not received the email and it has been longer than two weeks since you have registered with NALA, please contact Capital’s exhibitor services department at 1-877-335-3700 or help@Capitalconventions.com.
On-site LeadCapture/Lead Retrieval (order form)
Download the LeadCapture app on your own IOS or Android device and use your camera to scan leads on-site.
First LeadCapture license is $249
Additional LeadCapture Licenses $149 each
If you purchased LeadCapure or it was included with your sponsorship you can assign the License(s) in the exhibitor portal. Once you log in, click on Licenses on the left-hand side. It will show how many licenses are available for your company. You can then assign to a member of your onsite staff. Once assigned, they will receive an email with the access code that allows them to log into the Cvent LeadCapture app at the event with their device (ie. phone or tablet). Once they have logged in with their access code you cannot unassign that license and assign to another member of your booth staff.
Hotel – Room Block sold out through July 12
The Westin Copley Place is our host hotel for the NALA Conference & Expo. Exhibitors who reserve their rooms receive a special discounted rate of $249/night for single or double, $30 per additional guest. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included.
Please review your registration confirmation email for the link to reserve rooms at the discounted rate or email email@example.com for the link. Discounted room rates are available until June 20, 2023, or until the room block has been filled. After June 20, 2023, or if the room block becomes filled, NALA can no longer guarantee rates and availability. Make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability and secure the discounted rate.

If you have any items that you are doing a drawing for, you can post the winner and any directions in the app.
The attendee registration list with email addresses is provided to exhibitors upon request. Physical addresses of attendees are not released. The list may be used for only ONE mailing, either before or after the conference. Exhibitors may communicate with attendees through the conference app or event platform during the conference. To request an attendee list, email Paula Van Straten at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Expo Hall Security
Security will be available in the Expo Hall. During show hours they will be checking badges to enter the expo area. When the Expo Hall is closed, security will be overseeing the Expo Hall. Keep in mind, they do occasionally take breaks.
Pre-conference Registration & Happy Hour – St. George Foyer, 3rd Floor

Ready to experience the best of the paralegal profession? The Affiliate Showcase and Reception at the NALA conference is your one-stop shop! Join us for a night full of fun activities and great swag and get an opportunity to network. The Affiliate Showcase & Reception is Wednesday, July 12 from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm. It will feature hors d’oeuvres, and a cash bar will be available. Exchange your reception ticket at the bar to redeem one complimentary beverage.
