This session is to equip you with strategies to navigate tough interactions and establish clear boundaries, fostering a more productive client relationship.

Abigail Davis-Hess is a Certified Legal Manager and founder of ADH-Consulting, LLC. Having worked in the legal industry for 25 years, she is not a lawyer and does not play one on TV. She has served in many positions during her career from receptionist to firm administrator at various types of law firms.
