Description:
Understanding and memorizing the rules of evidence can be brutal, but once you have the key rules down, you can become invaluable to your team. Almost every step in the litigation process is riddled with evidentiary issues. In this course, you will hear how to master some of the most vital and complicated evidence rules. We will use a variety of mnemonics from the method of loci to catchphrases, like Cross Hostile Ninjas, and clever acronyms, like SMR. We will explain, quiz, and recall, and our hope is that, in the end, you will have a handle on them. This course will be led by Adam Balinski, the founder of Crushendo, the mnemonic-rich, audio solution for legal education.
