Discussions include the evolving landscape of cyber litigation and are be guided by many real-life examples of cyber-attacks and corresponding litigation.

Objectives include the following:

1) Increased awareness regarding cybersecurity threats and issues;

2) Understanding best practices following a data breach and basic reporting requirements; and

3) Exposure to data breach litigation claims and defenses.
