This On-demand webinar series explores the importance of incorporating current legal citations or footnotes into your professional documentation. The presenter guides the learner through the changes between the 20th and 21st editions of The Bluebook, identifying key pages and tables to highlight and tab.
Session 1 – 60 Minutes – The first session provides a detailed overview of the changes between the 20th and 21st editions of The Bluebook.
  • The revised layout and changes to tables
  • New abbreviations and terms
  • Citation rules that have been deleted, expanded upon, or modified
Session 2 – 90 Minutes – The second session focuses on correct citation format for all legal sources. Citation structure such as short-form, pinpoint, and parallel citations will be explained. Footnotes will also be discussed.
