Presenter Biography: Cannon Funderburk, Esq., is a litigation associate with Phelps Dunbar LLP in Tupelo, Mississippi. Cannon obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2017 from Mississippi State University. He obtained his JD from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2020. Cannon began his career with a one-year term as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael P. Mills in the Northern District of Mississippi. Cannon then became a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Glen H. Davidson, also in the Northern District of Mississippi, for a two-year term. Following these clerkships, he joined the litigation practice group at Phelps Dunbar LLP.
