Exhibitor Kit

Upon the initial launch of the Exhibitor Kit, exhibitors will receive an email with login information for online ordering. Exhibitors have the opportunity to purchase furnishings, equipment, and labor services. Additionally, important schedule details, deadlines, shipping labels, and ancillary service vendor forms will be included in the kit.

Hotel

Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City is our host hotel for the NALA Conference & Expo. Exhibitors who reserve rooms through our block will enjoy a special discounted rate of $145/night plus a $10 night/resort fee which includes:

• Unlimited local phone calls (no long distance or international calls)

• $5.00 voucher toward self-parking

• Two (2) Guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center

• Basic WIFI for up to two (2) devices per room per day

• Pool Access and Night Swim (7 days per week for guest 21 & older)

 

Please review your registration confirmation email for the link to reserve rooms at the discounted rate or email pvanstraten@nala.org for the link. Discounted room rates are available until June 14, 2025, or until the room block is full. After this date, NALA cannot guarantee room rates or availability.

The hotel reservation link will be available soon, so you can ensure availability and secure the discounted rate.

Expo Hall – located in the Wildwood 11 Ballroom, Ground Level

Show hours

• Wednesday, July 9: Exhibitor Move-In (10:30 am to 3:30 pm)
• Wednesday, July 9: Exhibit Hall open (4:00 pm to 6:00 pm – Preregistration and Happy Hour)
• Thursday, July 10: Exhibit Hall open (7:30 am to 5:00 pm)
• Thursday, July 10: Exhibitor Move-Out (5:00 pm to 6:00 pm)

  1. Confirm the names of your onsite booth representatives and reply with their email addresses and cell phone numbers, if you haven’t done so already.

Exhibitor Access – Conference Facebook Group and Conference App
All exhibitors and attendees will have access to the Conference Facebook Group and the Conference App. Further details are below.

Main Social Site for Conference
Facebook Group – This exclusive Facebook group is the main social site for interacting with attendees this year. Post photos, videos, status updates, and questions directly from a common platform.

Conference App
The conference app gives attendees the ability to view the conference agenda, access the handout materials for sessions and meetings, and receive real-­time important communications from NALA. Conference registrants will have access to the app at the end of June/early July.

• From your Mobile Phone or iPad download the app “Cvent Events”
• Open the app and search for the event ID “2025 NALA Conference & Expo”
• Click the download button to the right
• Go to the profile tab at the bottom and log in with your first and last name, as well as your email address
• You will be prompted to enter a verification code, which will be texted or emailed to you (Please note that you will be asked to verify your login every 24 hours)


LeadCapture Information (will be available in the Exhibitor Portal/Event Platform in June)

If you purchased LeadCapture or it was included with your sponsorship, you can assign the license(s) in the exhibitor portal. Follow these steps:

  1. 1. Log in to the exhibitor portal.
  2. 2. Click on “Licenses” on the left-hand side. This section will show the number of licenses available for your company.
  3. 3. Assign the licenses to your onsite staff members.

 

Once assigned, they will receive an email with the access code, allowing them to log into the Cvent LeadCapture app at the event using their device (e.g., phone or tablet). Please note, that once they have logged in with their access code, the license cannot be reassigned to another member of your booth staff.

Get ready to launch the conference with excitement! When attendees arrive for pre-conference registration on Wednesday, July 9th, they will be greeted with a complimentary Happy Hour drink voucher from 4:00-6:00 pm which will take place in the expo hall.

Affiliate Showcase & Reception – Pool Area
Ready to experience the best of the paralegal profession? The Affiliate Showcase & Reception at the NALA conference is your one-stop shop! Join us on Thursday from 6:30-8:00 PM for a night full of fun activities and great swag and get an opportunity to network with your fellow conferencegoers.

 

More Expo Hall Information

Expo Hall Security
Security personnel will be present in the Expo Hall. They will check badges for entry during show hours and will oversee the Expo Hall when it is closed. Please note that security personnel may take occasional breaks.

Tradeshow Giveaways/Drawing
If you are conducting a drawing for any items, please announce the winner and provide any instructions in the Facebook app.

Attendee List
The attendee registration list, including email addresses, is available to sponsors upon request. Please note that physical addresses of attendees are not shared. The list may be used for one mailing, either pre- or post-conference. Additionally, exhibitors may communicate with attendees through the conference app during the conference. To request an attendee list, email Paula VanStraten at pvanstraten@nala.org.

General Expo Etiquette
Please make sure to adhere to the following etiquette guidelines:

  • • Stay at your booth during dedicated Expo Hall hours
  • • Do not solicit in the aisles – we want to keep a free flow of traffic through the aisles
  • • Seek out new members & first-time attendees – they will be great leads for future business
  • • Do not tear down your booth early, please wait until 5:00 pm on Thursday to begin the process
  • • Be considerate – of your fellow exhibitors and attendees
  • • Have fun!
