Adrienne Berry
Adrienne has worked for 20+ years as a paralegal, including 8 as a supervisory paralegal for the US Department of Justice. She earned a BA from The University of Alabama, MBA from Colorado Technical University, and a Paralegal Certificate from The University of Alabama in Birmingham. She joined NALA in 2005 then obtained the NALA CP designation in 2006 and the ACP in Criminal Litigation in 2022. She is a member of the Alabama Association of Paralegals, Inc (“AAPi”) currently serving in her 2nd term as president along with having served in a multitude of board positions with AAPi since 2003. She was selected as Paralegal of the Year from her affiliate in 2012 and 2014; and the President’s Award in 2017. She is a member of Women in eDiscovery and was recognized as a NALA AA Achievement winner in 2018. She enjoyed serving NALA as a member of the DE&I Committee for 2 years and is currently serving as Ethics Chair and its role as part of the PDC. She is also a current candidate in the NALA Affiliated Associations election for the 2023-2024 NALA Affiliated Associations Director role. Adrienne presented at the Affiliate Exchange during the 2020 NALA @Home Conference. She also attended her first NALA Conference in 2015, making herself known as “girl with the selfie stick” at every conference since then – so keep a look out for her and the selfies at this year’s conference in July!
