He has held leadership positions at Relativity, Symantec/Clearwell, and Huron Legal (now Consilio). He is a member of the Detroit Bar Association, The Chicago Bar Association, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He is also on the Global Advisory Council for the Electronic Discovery Reference Model.
