The presenter guides the learner through the changes between the 20th and 21st editions of The Bluebook, identifying key pages and tables to highlight and tab.
Session 1 – 60 Minutes – The first session provides a detailed overview of the changes between the 20th and 21st editions of The Bluebook.
- The revised layout and changes to tables
- New abbreviations and terms
- Citation rules that have been deleted, expanded upon, or modified
Session 2 – 90 Minutes – The second session focuses on correct citation format for all legal sources. Citation structure such as short-form, pinpoint, and parallel citations will be explained. Footnotes will also be discussed.
