Description: The study of legal ethics can be dry and less than exciting.  In real life, paralegals use ethics rules to guide them in everyday interactions with attorneys, opposing counsel, the court, and the public.  In this on-demand webinar, participants are the audience of a legal professional talk show.  The host of the show answers letters sent by viewers regarding ethical dilemmas paralegals face in their daily work.  The topics covered include confidentiality, conflict of interest, giving legal advice, inadvertent disclosure, reporting misconduct, and fees and client property.
