Instructor Biography: Rob Murphy has been with S.K.I. Investigations since 2005. He is the Director of Client Relations and is responsible for building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients. He provides consultation to clients with complex claim investigations. With over 25 years of experience in investigations, Mr. Murphy specializes in insurance fraud investigations, surveillance, and special investigations. He holds a BA in criminal justice from Florida Atlantic University and is a licensed All-Lines Adjuster in Florida.
