Description: It’s critical to be covered due to the economic hardship and how the debtors could properly manage their obligations. 
We will discuss the applicable law on Secured Transactions and how the creditor attaches and prefects the interest on the debtor’s collateral. 
We will review how to prioritize the liens and the judgment holders and how we organize their interests due to the Attachments and Perfection procedures.

Instructor Biographies: Morphy Andraws, LLM, LLB, is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator. He earned his bachelor’s degree in law from Philadelphia University in Jordan in 2003. Mr. Andraws earned his Master of Laws from the Florida Coastal School of Law and was in the Legal Studies Program at the University of North Florida. He focuses his studies on the conflict of laws, contracts law, business law, comparative law, and ADR methods. Mr. Andraws works for the Legal Aid Service of Collier County in Naples, Florida.
