Thank you for your interest in becoming a 2025 AA Improvement Champion. This is an exciting opportunity to provide valuable insights and support to shape the future of affiliated associations. 

As a Champion, you will: 

• Promote Participation: Encourage affiliate members to join the 2025 AA Virtual Focus Groups. 
• Spread Awareness: Share Focus Group details with your network through emails, meetings, or phone calls. 
• Engage Stakeholders: Connect with volunteers, committee members, and others involved in your association and beyond.
• Provide Feedback: Represent your association’s voice by sharing insights and recommendations.
• Commit to Meetings: Attend a few planning sessions and participate in the Virtual Focus Groups (January–March 2025).

Expectations:
By submitting this form, you agree to: 

• • Participate actively in the Champion role. 
  • Attending scheduled meetings and focus groups (date of first meeting TBD).
  • Collaborate with NALA and affiliated associations to identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities.
