Presenter Biography: Rachel Royal, CP, NCCP, is Program Coordinator at Frontline Justice, advancing community justice nationwide. A NALA Certified Paralegal with 10 years’ experience, she shifted to nonprofit project management in 2021 with the NC Equal Access to Justice Commission. A two-time NCBA Filling the Justice Gap Award honoree, she is a pro bono leader, national speaker, and published writer on justice and legal tech.
