Description: Intellectual property (IP) is a growing practice area that requires lawyers and paralegals who are specialized in the field. In this introductory session, attendees will explore the four common types of intellectual property: patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
Instructor Biography: Morphy Andraws, LLM, LLB, is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator. He earned his bachelor’s degree in law from Philadelphia University in Jordan in 2003. Mr. Andraws earned his Master of Laws from the Florida Coastal School of Law and was in the Legal Studies Program at the University of North Florida. He focuses his studies on the conflict of laws, contracts law, business law, comparative law, and ADR methods. Mr. Andraws works for the Legal Aid Service of Collier County in Naples, Florida.
