Presenter Biography: 
John A. Bermingham, Jr., Esq., is a New Jersey attorney who has over 17 years of experience as in-house counsel and is currently Associate General Counsel at Breckenridge Pharmaceutical, where he leads negotiations in business deals, transactional matters, corporate law, and contract law. Additionally, he provides pro-bono legal services for the disadvantaged, students, and the elderly.
Attorney Bermingham is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the District Court for the Federal District of New Jersey, and all other state courts of New Jersey.
