Presenter Biography: Owner of a 2022 Top 20 Workplace Wellness provider, a 2022 Top 10 Emerging Organizational Change company, and named a top 100 HR Professional of 2020, Dr. Allessandria Polizzi left her 20-year HR career, following recovery from burnout, to help others address wellbeing at work. With a cadre of diverse affiliates from around the globe, Verdant Consulting helps build the skills needed for today’s workplace. Their programs focus on implementing the latest scientific resiliency, burnout prevention, and psychological safety research to help people, teams, and organizations navigate change, bounce back from challenges, and create belonging. She currently resides outside of Boston with her husband, 2 children, pug, parrot, and elderly goldfish.
