Frequently Asked Questions

The Registration/Help Desk will have everything you need to enjoy the conference. Just give us your full name, and leave the rest to us.

The NALA staff located at the Registration/Help Desk can help answer any questions you may have. You can also talk to a member of the Ambassador & Hospitality Team, who will be wearing cowboy hats.

Yes, you can! Just stop by the Registration/Help Desk, and we can take care of your registration. However, we recommend you register ahead of time to save money.

You can earn up to 10.5 CLE hours during the conference.

Thursday: 1 CLE available

Friday: 5 CLE available

Saturday: 4.5 CLE available

Scan the QR code for each session using the Whova app.

All handouts and slides for each session will be available in the Whova conference app.

Yes, the educational sessions will be recorded. Full conference attendees will be able to access the conference recording bundle free of charge following the conference.

You will have vast opportunities to network with your paralegal peers. Your best chances of making valuable connections will be at the Annual Membership Meeting, Affiliate Showcase, and Expo Hall. We recommend bringing some business cards. You can also join the conference attendee Commons group.

We want our attendees to be comfortable during their time at the conference, so we generally recommend business casual attire. The meeting rooms can be chilly, so we suggest dressing in layers and bringing a light sweater and comfy shoes. Denver has an average high of 88°F and an average low of 56°F in July.

The NALA business meetings, such as the Affiliated Associations Annual Meeting & Awards and the Annual Membership Meeting & Awards, are open to anyone who wishes to attend. Lunch is not available for free for guests at the Membership Meeting. You can visit the Registration/Help Desk to receive a visitor’s pass for meetings. However, anyone who wishes to attend the educational sessions will need to register as an attendee.

Attendees who cancel their registration by June 24, 2026, will receive a 100% refund. Cancelations made between June 25th and July 10th will incur a $100 processing fee. There will be no refunds on or after July 11th.
