NOTICEEffective July 10, 2025, NALA is transitioning its Knowledge and Skills Exams to Prometric. Prometric offers 8,000 testing centers worldwide—onsite, partner, and remote-proctored. To view their testing centers, visit prometric.com/find-your-exam. Scheduling with Prometric opened June 9th. Current PSI testing is available through July 9th.
