NALA Designation of Proxy Form

Instructions and General Information:

If you are unable to vote online during the designated voting period, you may authorize NALA staff to cast your proxy vote on your behalf. Proxy designation forms must be submitted by July 7, 2025.

Candidate announcements can be found on the NALA Website.

Only Active members in good standing 45 days prior to an annual meeting or a special meeting are qualified to vote at such meetings or on other matters coming to the members for action. An Active member who is delinquent in the payment of any dues or other assessments shall not be qualified to vote. Student, Associate, or Sustaining members are non-voting members of the Corporation (Article III.3.9, NALA Bylaws).
