Description: This session will define tort law’s historical underpinnings as well as major tort and criminal law key terminology. It will compare the elements of intentional torts with each other and with negligence claims, highlighting their similarities and differences. Participants will examine the foundations, elements, and proof challenges of strict liability torts.
