Presenter Biography: Jill I. Francisco, ACP, holds a BA in criminal justice with a concentration in legal studies. She has earned two ACPs in Trial Practice and Discovery. Jill is a paralegal at Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP, in West Virginia and serves as President of the Legal Assistants/Paralegals of Southern West Virginia. A NALA member since 2000, she has served in various positions, including as President. Jill is also an adjunct professor in the Paralegal Studies Program at Mountwest Community & Technical College and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Marshall University Big Green Scholarship Foundation. Additionally, she hosts The Paralegal Voice podcast on the Legal Talk Network.
