Description: This session shifts the conversation about AI and paralegals from replacement to collaboration. Attendees will explore how AI can become a partner in routine legal tasks—such as drafting, research, and document management—while preserving and enhancing the paralegal’s unique role in client service, critical thinking, and case preparation. Through real-world examples and interactive discussion, participants will examine how to use AI responsibly and strategically to advance their careers.

Yes, these courses qualify for mandatory continuing legal education for: National Association of Legal Assistants, State Bar of California, North Carolina, and Louisiana State Paralegal Association.  For all others please check with the corresponding institutions.
