President’s Award

The President’s Award acknowledges members who have gone above and beyond in their leadership activities within NALA and/or NALA’s Affiliated Associations. This award is given to individuals who have made significant contributions through their time, effort, and expertise, particularly in supporting the mission and growth of NALA and its affiliates. The nomination deadline is April 1^st, and the winner is announced during the Annual Membership Meeting at the annual Conference & Expo.

Rising Star Award

The Rising Star Award celebrates emerging professionals within NALA who have shown great potential in leadership and volunteerism early in their careers. This award is aimed at members who have demonstrated exemplary service to the profession in less than five years as a paralegal. Volunteer of the Year Award

The Volunteer of the Year Award honors a NALA member who has gone above and beyond in their volunteer efforts, offering their time and expertise to advance the paralegal profession. This individual, who has been a paralegal for at least five years, is recognized for their outstanding volunteer contributions.
