Ileana Rivera, Esq., is a seasoned immigration attorney and the CEO and Founder of Law Ally US, where she is a Lead Instructor. Through this platform, she delivers training for legal professionals navigating complex immigration cases. Ileana is an active member of the Puerto Rico Bar, the US District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals.

Nikki Mehrpoo, Esq., is a nationally and internationally recognized speaker, legal analyst, media commentator, expert witness, lobbyist, and legal consultant in immigration and workers’ compensation law. She is the first and only dual-certified Immigration & Workers’ Compensation Legal Specialist through the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.

Valerie Garcia Tavarez, Esq., is an Associate Managing Attorney at the New Mexico Immigrant Law Center, where she provides direct legal representation to survivors of crime, domestic violence, and trafficking. Born and raised in Albuquerque, she is the daughter of Mexican immigrants. She received her JD from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she now teaches Immigration Law.
