Description: This presentation will explore key issues related to copyright, bias, and academic and workplace integrity. It will also highlight how contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions enable legal teams to create centralized, metadata-driven contract workflows. Participants will explore how legal professionals can use SharePoint for secure document storage, e-signatures, and workflow automation to streamline drafting and negotiation processes. In addition, the presentation will cover how Power BI Data Analysts can support firm executives and practice managers by providing insights into utilization, collections, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Sheena McMorris is a paralegal with more than 18 years of legal support experience and a master’s in legal studies from Pepperdine University. She works full-time as a Senior Contracts Administrator while completing her mediation certificate. Throughout her career, she has worked in diverse legal environments, supporting attorneys in contract review, litigation, compliance, and case management. Her responsibilities have included drafting and negotiating contracts and facilitating dispute resolution.
