She is the founder of MyLawOfficeManagers.com, helping firms nationwide improve operations, staff performance, cash flow, and profitability. Starting as a receptionist in 2000, she advanced through every role up to firm administrator, giving her a rare, practical perspective on law firm operations. Brenda teaches Civil Law and Procedure in an ABA-approved program. She is a published author, and her upcoming textbook, Introduction to Paralegal Studies, is being released through Aspen Publishing in September 2026.
