Presenter Biography: Richard Hahn, ACP, has a BA in political science and a paralegal certificate. He has worked for Verizon Media for over 11 years as an IP Compliance Paralegal, focused on copyright matters and expanding to help with commercial litigation. He obtained his Certified Paralegal credential in 2014 and his Advanced Certified Paralegal credential in Trademarks in 2016. Rich is a member of the Paralegal Association of Santa Clara County (PASCCO), where he has served on the Board of Directors, and the Richmond Paralegal Association. He is a 2016 NALA LEAP graduate. He served on NALA’s 2016-2017 Ethics Committee and 2017-2018 Continuing Education Council.
