Presenter Biography: Brenda Ross is a legal operations consultant, Adjunct Professor, and author with over 20 years of law firm experience. She is the founder of MyLawOfficeManagers.com, helping firms nationwide improve operations, staff performance, cash flow, and profitability. Starting as a receptionist in 2000, she advanced through every role up to firm administrator, giving her a rare, practical perspective on law firm operations. Brenda teaches Civil Law and Procedure in an ABA-approved program. She is a published author, and her upcoming textbook, Introduction to Paralegal Studies, is being released through Aspen Publishing in September 2026.
