Instructor Biography: John Bermingham is a New Jersey attorney with over 15 years of experience as Of Counsel for the Gray Law Group, where he handles business deals, transactional matters, corporate law, and contract law. Attorney Bermingham is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, all other state courts of New Jersey, and the District Court for the Federal District of New Jersey. Attorney Bermingham is a professor at Purdue University and the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors in Upper Mount Bethel, PA. He is married to his lovely wife, Laura, and they have two boys, J.C. and Michael.
