Presenter Biography: 
Deana Lively, CP©, CKP, MJA, is a Certified Paralegal with 25 years of paralegal experience, primarily in civil litigation. Deana is a defense civil litigation paralegal with the law firm of Dressman, Benzinger & LaVelle, PSC, in Louisville, Kentucky. She is the President of the Louisville Association of Paralegals, the Vice President of the Kentucky Paralegal Association, a member of the Louisville Bar Association CLE Committee, and a member of the 2023/2024 NALA Lead class. She holds an associate degree in paralegal studies, a bachelor’s in psychology, and a master’s in justice administration.
