The purpose of this webinar is to understand the trustee’s role in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case and what comprises the “bankruptcy estate.” Christana Eckert, ACP, will explain the role and authority of the Chapter 7 trustee and help you prepare a bankruptcy filing that does not require investigation by the trustee but lays the groundwork for a straightforward administration of the case, reducing time and conflict.

Presenter Biography: 
Christana Eckert, ACP, started her legal career as a Legal Assistant in 2005. She completed a paralegal studies program and became a NALA Certified Paralegal (CP®) in 2015 and became a NALA Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP®) in 2017. She has an extensive background in bankruptcy but also has experience in other areas of law, including civil litigation, real estate, business, and family law. Chris has a commitment to service in the community and has been blessed to be a volunteer for most of her adult life with wonderful organizations and individuals.
