Description: Learn to apply advanced legal writing principles for drafting masterful objective memoranda and persuasive briefs. CRAC, IRAC, CREAC, and UROC writing structures will be explored and contrasted. Upgrading issue statements and building solid conclusions, as well as using the other nuts and bolts of legal writing, will be discussed.

Presenter Biography: Adam Balinski is a former award-winning TV reporter and corporate trainer turned attorney and entrepreneur. He graduated summa cum laude from BYU Law before scoring in the top 5% nationally on the Uniform Bar Exam on his first attempt.
