Pre-Certification appeals must be filed within 30 days after the application decision or the release of the CP® Exam results. Certification appeals must be filed within 30 days after the expiration date of the certification. Appeals may be mailed, faxed, or emailed to testing@nala.org (pre-certification) or cle@nala.org (certification).
