Bankruptcy Subject Matter Expert Inquiry Form

The NALA Certified Paralegal (CP) exam will incorporate new exam specifications starting in January 2024. NALA’s education team, which is completely autonomous from the Certifying Board, is currently preparing study materials for this new iteration of the exam. To that end, we are seeking legal professionals who are well-versed in the practice area of Bankruptcy to volunteer to support NALA’s Continuing Education Council and the NALA staff in developing study materials and practice questions.

There will be a variety of roles for bankruptcy subject matter experts (SMEs), including serving on a temporary task force, writing the bankruptcy chapter in the CP Fundamentals book, reviewing written materials, creating and/or delivering live and on-demand webinars, writing practice questions and scenarios, reviewing practice questions and scenarios, creating FAQs, etc. NALA will provide training and support for SMEs.
