Presenter Biography: Kerri Hall, ACP, is an eDiscovery Specialist and Corporate Paralegal at Cleveland Construction, Inc., a family-owned national commercial construction company. She brings more than 25 years of paralegal experience in both private practice and in the corporate setting. Kerri is a Certified Paralegal and Florida Registered Paralegal, with Advanced Certified Paralegal credentials in Discovery and Trial Practice. She is also a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS). In addition to managing the company’s eDiscovery software, as an experienced litigation paralegal, she handles all phases of complex litigation, participating from inception to trial.
