Exhibitor Kit – Alliance Nationwide Exposition
The Exhibitor Kit was emailed to all confirmed exhibitors on April 27 and included login credentials for online ordering. Exhibitors who register after this date will receive an email from Alliance within one week of confirmation.
This kit includes options to purchase furnishings, equipment, labor services, and more. It also contains key information such as schedules, deadlines, shipping labels, and vendor forms.

Hotel Information
Grand Hyatt Denver, Denver, Colorado
To reserve the discounted rate, use the link provided in your registration confirmation email or email pvanstraten@nala.org. The discounted rate is available until June 14, 2026, or until the room block is full. After this date, NALA cannot guarantee room rates or availability.

Location: Aspen Ballroom and Foyer – Second Floor
2026 Expo Show hours:
• Wed., July 15: Exhibitor Move-In (5:00 pm to 8:00 pm)
• Thurs., July 16: Exhibit Hall open (7:30 am to 5:00 pm)
• Friday, July 17: Exhibit Hall open (7:30 am to 1:30 pm)
• Friday, July 17: Exhibitor Move-Out (1:30 pm to 2:30 pm)
Morning Breakfast Reception in Expo Hall Foyer, Thurs. 7:30 – 8:30 am
Continental Breakfast in Expo Hall, Fri. 7:30 – 8:30 am

Security
Security will be stationed at the Expo Hall entrances during open hours and will monitor the area after hours. Badges are required for entry. Please note that security personnel may take occasional breaks.
Giveaways/Drawing
If you are offering a giveaway or prize, please announce the winner via the Conference App or NALA Commons Group.
Attendee List
The attendee registration list, including email addresses, is available to sponsors upon request. Please note that physical addresses of attendees are not shared. The list may be used for one mailing, either pre- or post-conference. Additionally, exhibitors may communicate with attendees through the conference app during the conference. To request an attendee list, email Paula VanStraten at pvanstraten@nala.org.
Exhibitor Access: NALA Commons Group and Conference App
All exhibitors and attendees will have access to:
NALA Commons Conference Group – our private online space for interaction with attendees. More details available soon.
Conference App (Whova)
- Attendees: can view the agenda, handouts, and receive real-time updates. Conference attendees will have access to the app approximately 1-2 weeks prior to conference.
- Exhibitors: will receive a link to the Whova portal so you can customize your profile page. Exhibitors will have access to the app approximately 1 month prior to the conference.
- Lead Retrieval: exhibitors can use your phones to scan QR codes on booth visitors’ badges or on the visitors’ phones. The lead list can be exported into a spreadsheet at any time and shared with your colleagues through email. That’s not all: exhibitors can further obtain insights about leads through your profiles and interact with them during and after the event.

- • Engage with new members & first-time attendees
- • Do not break down early—wait until 1:30 pm Friday
- • Be courteous to fellow exhibitors and guests
