Affiliate Annual Report

Due January 15th every year

All NALA Affiliated Associations must submit an annual and mid-year report to NALA. This fillable form is used for both reports. When you are done, click "Submit". A copy of the report will be sent to the email address provided in the form. Please note that if you select "save and continue later," you must save or email the link. NALA cannot retrieve this data. Please remember that your association must email a complete or updated association membership roster using the AA Membership Roster Excel Template, the affiliate Board roster, and a copy of your current association bylaws if there have been any changes to Affiliates@nala.org upon submission of your association’s annual report. Please note rosters do not need to be submitted with the Mid-Year Report. For additional questions, please email Affiliates@nala.org.
