Instructions for Using This Form:
1. Complete the Form: Fill out all required fields and click "Submit."
2. Review and Approval: Once submitted, your form will be reviewed. Upon approval, an invoice will be generated. Payment is due upon receipt, and registration is not complete until payment is received.
3. Registration Requirement: Sponsors/Exhibitors must be fully registered with NALA to participate. No representation or solicitation will be allowed without completed registration.

Exhibitor Cancelation Policy:
• Cancelations must be submitted in writing to NALA – The Paralegal Association.
• Cancelations after June 1, 2025, will incur a fee of 50% of the exhibit registration.
• No refunds will be issued for exhibit space cancelations made after June 15, 2025.
• By completing and submitting this form, the exhibitor certifies their understanding of the policies and terms outlined here.

Sponsorship Cancelation Policy: If a sponsor cancels, they are responsible for all sponsorship-related expenses already incurred by NALA or its partners. NALA will provide a detailed breakdown of expenses. Remaining sponsorship amounts will be refunded as follows:
• 270 days or more before the conference: 100% refund via check.
• 180–270 days before the conference: 50% refund via check; 50% sponsor credit toward the 2026 NALA Conference & Expo.
• 60–180 days before the conference: 50% refund as sponsor credit toward the 2026 NALA Conference & Expo.
• Less than 60 days before the conference: No refund provided.
• Insolvency/Breach: If the sponsor is insolvent, bankrupt, or in breach, NALA reserves the right not to issue a refund under any circumstances.

Eligible Sponsors/Exhibitors: Only sponsors and exhibitors offering products, equipment, or services relevant to the interests and educational values of NALA may participate. NALA reserves the right, at its discretion, to determine an applicant’s eligibility.
