Presenter Biography: Tracie Livesay, ACP, is the Director of Regulatory Operations for a national healthcare company and has over 30 years of legal and academic experience. Tracie worked in a law firm environment for 18 years, primarily in civil litigation, before moving into the corporate sector. She holds an MBA and has taught legal and business courses as an adjunct instructor for 15 years. Tracie is an Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP®) in Civil Litigation and Contracts Administration/Contracts Management. She has been a member of NALA’s Certifying Board since 2017.
