Presenter Biography: 
Terry Hale, ACP, is a paralegal for the Yavapai County Attorney’s Office Civil Division in Arizona. She has over 30 years of legal experience in law firms and governmental agencies. Ms. Hale served on the Board of Directors for NALA, the Montana Association of Legal Assistants*Paralegals and the Arizona Paralegal Association and is the current Membership Chair for the Arizona Bus Club. Ms. Hale presents a variety of topics for NALA, the Yavapai County Superior Court, and many paralegal organizations as well as being an adjunct professor at Yavapai College.
