Our Presenters 

Stephanie Bliss – Stephanie L. Bliss is an Instructor at ACC and a full-time Paralegal at BakerHostetler. With over 25 years of experience in the legal field, she brings deep expertise in litigation support, case management, and eDiscovery across a range of practice areas and jurisdictions. Stephanie is passionate about preparing the next generation of paralegals by teaching courses and providing students with practical legal skills, knowledge of litigation tools, and the ability to manage electronically stored information (ESI). Stephanie’s combined experience in practice and education offers a unique perspective on the evolving intersection of law and technology. 

Terry Hale, ACP  – Terry Hale, ACP, is a paralegal for the Yavapai County Attorney’s Office Civil Division in Arizona. She has over 30 years of legal experience in law firms and governmental agencies. Ms. Hale served on the Board of Directors for NALA, the Montana Association of Legal Assistants*Paralegals, and the Arizona Paralegal Association, and is the current Membership Chair for the Arizona Bus Club. Ms. Hale presents a variety of topics for NALA, the Yavapai County Superior Court, and many paralegal organizations, as well as being an adjunct professor at Yavapai College. 

June Hunter  – June Hunter is a technical enablement leader at the legal software company DISCO. She has worked in law since 1990 in capacities such as legal secretary, tech trainer, eDiscovery analyst, and paralegal, along with providing IT and litigation support. Hunter has assisted in the preparation of documents for commercial real estate transactions, litigation, government RFPs, environmental actions, and HR and employee-related legal issues. Hunter has served on the board of the San Diego Paralegal Association and as an adjunct professor at Cuyamaca College and Skyline College. She volunteers her time teaching computer classes through the San Diego Legal Secretaries Association. 

Kelli Radnothy  –  Kelli Radnothy is a litigation paralegal with over 20 years of legal experience. She operates a consulting practice supporting legal professionals and legal-adjacent organizations in improving service delivery and operational effectiveness. Kelli serves as a Legal Researcher with the Nevada Attorney General’s Office and as a course developer and instructor for the University of Washington Paralegal Program. She is Treasurer of the Paralegal Division of the Nevada State Bar and NALA Liaison for the Sierra Nevada Association of Paralegals. She holds a BS in criminal justice, a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, and an eDiscovery and litigation technology certificate. 

Kristine Custodio Suero, ACP – Kristine Custodio Suero, ACP, is an award-winning legal professional, educator, and business strategist specializing in employee benefits, ERISA, legal operations, and workforce development. She serves as Senior Paralegal and Business Development Director at Schechter Benefits Law Group LLP and sits on NALA’s Board of Directors. Kristine is the Past President of the San Diego Paralegal Association and the California Alliance of Paralegal Associations and former Chair of NALA’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee. She teaches in San Diego paralegal programs and mentors emerging legal professionals nationwide. Her work focuses on future-of-work skills, retirement and aging policy, and technology-enabled legal practice.
