Description: Some paralegal association boards demonstrate exceptional cohesion and effectiveness.  Could a key factor distinguishing successful boards be a comprehensive onboarding process? A strong onboarding program can make all the difference in the productivity of a paralegal association board.  By creating an Onboarding program, associations can communicate its mission and core values of the association while providing knowledge of the fiscal responsibility and expectations of a board member. This presentation will explore the crucial elements of an effective onboarding program and illustrate its role in fostering the success and growth of Houston Paralegal Association.
