Focus: Insurance Agents sell customers happiness based on telling them they have “full coverage” when there’s no actual definition of what that is. We will explore how to make sure a customer is getting what they need when it comes to selecting coverage. We will also address some specifics in what to include in your original letter of rep to insurance companies

Focus: We will explain what Underinsured/Uninsured Motorist coverage is, how it works, and some pitfalls to watch out for when interacting with first party insurance carries on a claim for your client.

Focus: We will explain the hidden available insurance coverage for people who are injured in restaurants or other public places, and how to pursue those types of claims for your clients.
