The Probate Team 2025

The Probate Team is Florida Legal Education Association’s annual day and a half intermediate continuing education program. This event offers participants a unique opportunity to build stronger business connections with attorneys, paralegals and other estate and trust professionals learning together. That is the heart of the TEAM concept. Each year close to six hundred in-person attendees are updated on the most current laws affecting the practice of probate, elder law, guardianship and trust law. Learning will cover ethics, confidentiality, and technology regarding incapacity, wills, inventories, accounting, and estate planning.
