Attorney Amanda L.C. Bradley will make a presentation entitled
“Leadership in the Paralegal Role”.

Ms. Bradley’s presentation will educate attendees on:

1. Identification of the characteristics and qualities of different leadership styles and how to identify and develop these qualities within yourself.
2. How different leadership techniques can be applied to everyday paralegal tasks like witness interviews and fact gathering.
3. When to defer from taking a leadership role to avoid the unauthorized practice of law.
