Speaker is Stephen Roper, Certified Fraud Examiner
Mr. Roper’s presentation will accomplish these three objectives:

1. Establish an understanding of open-source investigations and their utility in insurance defense scenarios
2. Share how evolutions in technology have affected OSINT research and its capabilities for different case-types, i.e. person vs. location-based investigations
3. Train audiences on detail-oriented analysis of OSINT content to aid their own desktop research efforts
